Te Tūranga | The role:
We've had an exciting opportunity arise due to an internal promotion within our business and this team is now looking for an experienced strategy analyst to support the development, translation, coordination and communication of the strategy, partnering with business leaders to develop robust strategic responses for Personal Banking, which includes Everyday Banking, Home Lending, Kiwi Saver, Wealth and Insurance.
You will play a key role in driving strategic change by applying your judgement and business acumen to ensure our Personal Banking strategy is aligned for maximum impact.
You will be involved in complex and transformative changes, making a tangible impact in one of New Zealand's top employers.
Ō pūkenga | About you:

2 - 3 years' experience in strategic thinking and proven capability in strategy development in a consulting, professional services, large corporate or blue-chip organisation
Strategic thinking ability using strategy frameworks and tools
Able to analyse quantitative and qualitative data, and translate findings into strategic insights
Proficiency in using Microsoft Power Point and Excel
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills and proven stakeholder management
Strong business acumen
