We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: HR Solution Consultant
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Brief
- We are looking for a dynamic provider of value-adding services to our company, a reliable HR Solution Consultant who will contribute and develop integrated marketing strategies to close up Sales.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Good communication skills
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- Prospect company's product to potential clients
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
- He/She must be a computer savvy.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- He/she must be passion-driven and Goal oriented.
- B.Sc / HND
- 2-3 years of experience in HR services as a development Officer is an added advantage/ Marketing oriented sectors.
- N100,000 / month.
- Salary Plus Commission
