Job Title: Sales and Marketing Lead
Work Mode: Full Time
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work in close collaboration with Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operation Officer to achieve the budgeted occupancy goals.
  • Responsible for meeting established individuals and team goals for outbound calls, tours, deposits, move-ins, and outreach.
  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base, achieve sales targets and extends the company's global reach
  • Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
  • Effectively communicate our services’ value propositions through proposals and presentations
  • Pursue new sales opportunities, gather inbound leads, and follow up with calls and meetings.
  • Complete sales operation requirements by scheduling and assigning sales team members and following up on work results
  • Conduct detailed research findings and develop profitable sales plan for the company year on year
  • Creating leads and contacts and developing relationships with prospects
  • Ensure our annual revenue target are achieved sustainably year on year
  • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
  • Lead and schedule weekly team meetings with the sales team
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties at the appropriate levels to ensure smooth flow of interaction and transaction
  • Manage day to day performance of all sales team members and deliver reviews
  • Liaise with Human Resource Manager, Chief Operations Officer and CEO to train and ensure adherence to sales process
  • Attending conferences meetings and trade exhibitions to generate sales leads.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing a strong outreach and referral generation program based on business needs.
  • Other duties as assigned by the CEO.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Marketing.
  • Minimum years of Experience in similar job Position:(1-2 years as a Management Cadre).
  • Proven sales experience required.
  • Proven expertise in relationship sales required. Logistics Experience desired
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proven ability to manage staff according to Company’s policies and guidelines.
  • Knowledge of managing a budget.
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills.
  • Must be conversant with social media venues such as Facebook, Instagram, and Linked In
  • High level of professionalism
  • Problem solving skills to address challenges that may arise.
  • Must have very strong networking prowess
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦300,000.00 per month
