Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales person at Obitek Nigeria Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing sales strategies and driving sales of our products and services. This position involves a high level of customer interaction, strategic planning and a strong knowledge of electronic appliances.- Minimum Qualification : OND
- Experience Level : Mid level

Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.

Meeting sales target.

Promoting new products and any special deal.

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers.

Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

Make sure office shelves are filled with items at all times.

Make sure all customers coming into the office to buy are satisfied and fulfilled with their service at the end of every purchase.

Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
-
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
-
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Salesperson (2-4 years)

Customer service

Product knowledge
-
Presentation skills

Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Familiarity with sales practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships

Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.

Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.

Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.

Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.

Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.

Working experience in the field is an added advantage.

Any certificate in entrepreneurship course will be an added advantage
