Role: Visual Designer (Motion and Still)
Area(s) of Concentration: All Motion & Still Graphics Required by Marketing
Objective: To create visually engaging and impactful graphics for various marketing channels, enhancing the brand’s visual identity and appeal.

With rapid growth and ambitious expansion plans, we are looking for experienced professionals to help drive our business forward.
What you’ll do:
- Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print media.
- Create motion graphics and animations for video content.
- Develop visual content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools.
- Manage multiple design projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on other tasks assigned on project basis
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in visual design, with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Corel Draw, etc.).
- Experience in creating both still graphics and motion graphics.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Quality and creativity of visual content.
- Consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Timeliness and efficiency in delivering design projects.
- Engagement metrics for visual content
- Feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
