Coordinator Customer Content Team

The customer content team is growing and we need a hungry, solution oriented coordinator to help out with a number of tasks related to all projects about content creation & strategy across all products in the Kahoot group suite.
Kahoot! is on a mission to create awesome learning for everyone and that includes our customers, partners and of course our own content in our own platforms. We are looking for the right candidate to help facilitate this work and be a supportive role in our growing content team.
This position is located in Oslo, Norway. The Project Coordinator reports to the Director of Customer Content.

The Project Coordinator's main responsibility is to produce and/or support for/on specific projects, both new and existing, making sure progress is being followed as promised to both customers, partners & internal and making sure deadlines and deliverables are on point according to requirements & expectations.

Responsibilities
- Progress new and existing projects according to plan, milestones and promises.
- Support content lead project managers in different tasks
- Update and maintain specific systems in relation to content production
- Implementation and design of course creation
- Contributing to new business development
The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting and contributing to the work related to, but not limited to the following in Kahoot! product suite:
- Project management
- CMS tool updates
- Content production
- Publishing editorial content
- Tasks related to the overall Kahoot! content plan strategy
- Internal projects
- Assist in quality control processes for all outgoing content
- Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions for content creation
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure content alignment with company objectives
Requirements
- Educational background within the relevant field. Relevant experience can in some cases replace the requirement for educational background
- Project coordination experience, preferably with content production, and/or in IT sector
- Experience with text writing, basic editing skills as well as experience using Keynote, Photoshop, CRM tools, project management systems, Excel, Adobe ++
- Fluent English both written and spoken
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work structured and organised and take responsibility for own deliverables
