Your New Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our engineering projects. This role involves project coordination, financial tracking, reporting, and document management to ensure the successful execution of design engineering and new product development initiatives. The Project Coordinator will play a critical role in compiling technical support materials, maintaining project schedules, and providing essential administrative support to the Engineering leadership team at our Kristiansand site!

Your New Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our engineering projects. This role involves project coordination, financial tracking, reporting, and document management to ensure the successful execution of design engineering and new product development initiatives. The Project Coordinator will play a critical role in compiling technical support materials, maintaining project schedules, and providing essential administrative support to the Engineering leadership team at our Kristiansand site!
What You Can Expect from the Role
Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Prepare complex documents using various computer applications, such as Microsoft and Adobe.
- Gather and summarize data for special reports.
- Create and manage a local document management system for the department.
- Draft and maintain technical and user documentation to high standards.
- Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and report to stakeholders.
- Identify and evaluate risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with each project.
- Manage procurement and system orders, ensuring accuracy in bill of materials requirements.
- Compile accurate and timely financial information for project tracking.
- Provide general administration support to the Engineering leadership team.
- Foster an inclusive environment where our people feel valued, appreciated, and free to be themselves at work.
- Promote a safety-first culture and ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
- Continuously develop your own capabilities through training and education.
- Stay informed about technology, external regulations, and industry best practices.
