The Team: Avantor’s Customer Support & Operations team is part of our Customer Service Group. The Customer Support & Operations team is made of 9 people who support our customers by ensuring a smooth journey.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support & advice to customers and colleagues via phone, e-mail and chat
  
• Respond to customer enquiries and handle complaints in a timely manner
  
• Building good relationships with our customers and colleagues
  
• Actively participate in campaigns and activities for increased sales
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a Science subject or related field
  
• Previous Customer Service/Sales experience is preferred; working experience in a lab or selling laboratory equipment is ideal
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in teams
  
• Fluency in oral and written Norwegian and English is necessary
  
• Strong IT skills, especially in MS Office 365 applications
  
• Solution-oriented with the ability to quickly grasp new products/processes
  
• Good commercial awareness is a plus
