E-Mobility Manager Northern Europe

As E-Mobility Manager you are responsible for the 360-degree scope of what’s surrounds the electrified cars. As the most electrified region in the world, Northern Europe is the pilot and front runner in shaping products and services around the car when it comes to electrification. You will be responsible for driving this within the Northern Europe region as well as presenting challenges and implementing both central and local initiatives within our region.
You are the link between central team in Munich, NE markets and central teams in the organization. Your responsibility includes focusing on enhancing the electrified journey for our customers, ensuring that we optimize our planning, and securing priority support from the central Munich teams in alignment with customer demand.
To be able to handle the job it is of highest importance that you’re structured, analytical, systematic with strong communication skills and high endurance.

In this function your main responsibilities and tasks will be:
- Responsible for the research, analysis, selection, and implementation of premium e Mobility products, services, and initiatives in line with core strategy.
- Monitor and provide strategic market information to Northern Europe markets, central NE organization and dealers concerning e Mobility-relevant topic’s, competitors as well as market-specific legislative development (which might have an impact on the automotive industry and could affect business).
- Be the main point of contact for e Mobility related questions and remarks regarding customers, partners, dealers, and other internal departments.
- Continuously adjust and align e Mobility strategy in cooperation with regional functions and support teams.
- Support in providing and follow up e Mobility related KPIs.
- Monitor market x EV development to propose and implement appropriate actions.
- Main contact to partners offering services linked to e Mobility (e.g. E.ON).
What should you bring along?
- University degree / post-secondary education: Preferable in Business, Engineering/Marketing and/or comparable experience.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within the automotive industry and/or experience in a similar role.
- Strong business/commercial experience essential, together with the ability to think analytically and laterally with an excellent attention to detail.
- Understanding of industry standards and market requirements/landscape for e Mobility products.
- Fundamental technical knowledge about and a genuine interest in the world of electrification. Eager to learn more about the products and technology.
- Profound strategic thinking, analytic skills, and very good skills in MS Office pack.
- As a person, you are driven, organized and have good problem-solving ability.
- Fluent in English and beneficial with good skills in German, native speaker in one of the Nordic languages is also preferred.
