In this role, you will
- Coordinate or project manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Assist with the development and implementation of business strategies and projects.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of documents, communications and announcements, collecting input, and creating compelling slide decks and documents.
- Conduct research on various topics and provide summaries and recommendations to executives.
- Analyze business performance data and provide actionable insights.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the executive management team.
- Engage in learning experiences across various departments including software development, product management, operations, and sales.

In addition, we need you to:
- Have excellent Norwegian and English skills.
- Live in or in commuting distance to Oslo, Norway.
- Master’s degree, preferably in industrial economics
- Interest in deployment of new technology such as generative AI from a business perspective
- Proficient user of power BI.
- Good understanding of business operations.
- Excellent command of the Microsoft Office package.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
