About the Position:
This is a unique opportunity for you to have a key role right from the development phase and into industrialization. The workplace will be in Kristiansand with main focus on technology and process development.
You will play an important role in an environment with team focus and dedicated people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate process data to ensure stable operation and plan improvements within our main processes in production
- Establish key figures for your area of responsibility and follow-up on these
- Active collaboration with other functions to industrialize/implement new products, new raw materials, new process technology and changed recipes in a controlled and correct manner
- Take ownership for the implementation of major individual initiatives
- Carry out studies/analyses relating to process improvement, capacity improvement and improvement of infrastructure and reliability
- Contribute to root cause analyzes and follow up corrective measures
- Active participation in HSE activities and active ownership of our goal of zero injuries
- Experience with technology and process development.
- Ability to solve technical challenges.
- Experience with project management and project execution.
- Relevant education at minimum master level. Experience may compensate for lack of formal competence.
- Experience of using statistical methods in improvement work.
- Relevant experience, preferably from industrial production.
- Good knowledge of English (working language), knowledge of Norwegian is an advantage.
- Interest in EV, battery technology and battery materials.
- Structured and methodical
- Effective problem solver
- Good at building relationships and contributing to teams
- Must be able to cooperate across the organization
