Job Summary:
The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a keen understanding of sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
· Ensure that goods received are correctly matched with supplier invoices.
· Verify the accuracy of invoice details and resolve any discrepancies.
· Reconcile inventory records between ERP systems and the company website.
· Perform regular checks to ensure inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
· Compare prices for inventory received to ensure competitive pricing and cost-effectiveness.
· Report any significant deviations or opportunities for cost savings.
· Reconcile accounts payable and receivable to ensure accuracy and completeness.
· Perform regular account reconciliations and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
· Manage all accounting transactions, including recording, classifying, and summarizing financial data.
· Ensure all transactions are accurately reflected in the financial system.
· Ensure timely and accurate bank payments and manage cash flow efficiently.
· Monitor and reconcile bank statements to maintain accurate financial records.
· Prepare financial statements for both e-commerce operations and physical outlets.
· Ensure timely and accurate reporting under accounting standards.
· Maintain detailed ledgers for outlets and franchises, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
· Review and update ledgers regularly to reflect current financial status.
· Handle tax-related matters, including the preparation and filing of sales tax returns.
· Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations and deadlines.
· Resolve any financial issues or discrepancies in a timely and effective manner.
· Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve financial concerns.
Requirements:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
· Experience: Proven experience as an Account Executive, preferably in [retail Business].
· Skills:
· Strong sales and negotiation skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
· Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Job Location: North Nazimabad
Job Timing: 9 am to 7 pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
