Assistant (Client Relations and Sales Support)

We are looking for a motivated and organized Assistant to support our client relations and sales activities. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in a fast-paced environment and enhance their skills in client management and sales operations.
Experience
Fresh graduates or up to 6 months
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as a secondary point of contact for key accounts.
- Support in executing sales strategies by identifying client needs and preparing sales performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of client requests and solutions.
- Help manage accounts, track invoices, and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Organize and assist in client meetings, feedback sessions, and reviews, including preparing necessary documentation.
- A bachelor's degree (minimum)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and use task management tools such as Hub Spot, Click Up, and other similar platforms.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
