Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the freight forwarding industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the freight forwarding industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of service with clients.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market conditions.
- Target Oriented
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of international trade, shipping, and logistics processes.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Fluency in English and Urdu.
