Position Overview:
As the EHS LEAD, you will be responsible for leading and implementing the environmental, health, and safety programs and initiatives across our organization. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, while also promoting a safety-first culture and minimizing environmental impact. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive EHS policies, procedures, and programs.
Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental, health, and safety laws and regulations.
Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement.
Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis, and develop strategies to prevent future incidents.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive EHS initiatives and foster a culture of safety and sustainability.
Provide EHS training and education to employees, contractors, and visitors.
Manage EHS reporting and record-keeping, including maintaining required permits and documentation.
Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Certified EHS Engineer
8-10 Years Proven experience in a similar role.
Must be Nebosh Certified
500KV T/Line or G-Station Experience will be Plus
Strong knowledge of environmental regulations safety standards.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Deploy at any site in Pakistan
