Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Leadership:
  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies to grow the brand, increase customer acquisition, and drive revenue.
  • Lead the marketing team, providing direction, mentoring, and leadership to ensure cohesive, high-quality execution of campaigns.
  • Align marketing objectives with overall business goals, ensuring cohesive strategies across all functions.
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to identify and leverage new marketing opportunities.
Brand Management:
  • Define and articulate the company’s brand identity, positioning, and value proposition.
  • Oversee all branding and promotional initiatives to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
  • Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and market presence through innovative campaigns.
Digital & Content Marketing:
  • Manage all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging and high-quality content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Develop and implement content marketing strategies aimed at driving customer engagement and improving lead generation.
  • Optimize marketing funnels to improve conversion rates and customer retention.
Lead Generation & Campaign Management:
  • Create lead generation strategies that target key customer segments across different channels.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, social, print, etc.) to drive measurable results.
  • Use marketing automation tools and CRM systems to track customer engagement and optimize campaigns.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, assess ROI and KPIs, and provide recommendations for improvements.
Market Research & Analysis:
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to understand customer needs, competitors, and market trends.
  • Identify target markets and customer segments, tailoring marketing strategies to maximize impact in each.
  • Develop and maintain a robust database of market intelligence to inform decision-making and refine strategies.
Collaboration & Cross-Department Coordination:
  • Work closely with the teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on campaigns and initiatives.
  • Partner with external agencies, media platforms, and third-party vendors to execute campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong analytical skills.

Salary: 120,000 - 180,000 PKR

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month
