Responsible for sourcing and procuring materials, equipment, and services needed for construction projects. Ensures cost-effectiveness, timely delivery, and quality compliance. Works closely with project teams to align procurement activities with project schedules and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Material Procurement: Source and order project materials; manage timely deliveries.
- Supplier Management: Build and maintain supplier relationships; negotiate terms and contracts.
- Cost Control: Monitor budget adherence, find cost-saving opportunities.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all materials meet project standards and requirements.
- Strong negotiation, organization, and communication skills.

Familiarity with construction materials, procurement processes, and vendor management
Qualifications and Requirements-
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP), or similar are preferred.

Experience:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, ideally within the construction industry.
- Proven experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and project-based purchasing.
