We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Senior Procurement Officer to lead our procurement operations. This position is crucial for driving efficient and compliant procurement processes, fostering supplier relationships, and ensuring value for money on all acquisitions. The Senior Procurement Officer will play a pivotal role in enhancing procurement strategies, overseeing vendor management, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement effective sourcing strategies to optimize costs while meeting quality and compliance standards.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers to secure reliable and cost-effective sources for goods and services.
• Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring adherence to terms and timely fulfillment of orders.
• Identify potential risks in procurement processes, developing mitigation strategies to ensure supply chain stability and compliance.
• Mentor and guide the procurement team, promoting best practices, compliance, and efficiency across all procurement activities.
• Generate and analyze procurement reports, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure procurement activities adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role, ideally in an international or corporate environment.

• Proficiency in procurement and ERP systems.
