- Strategy Development:
- Design and implement effective social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.
- Content Creation:
- Develop and manage compelling content that aligns with brand voice and resonates with the target audience.
- Includes creating content calendars and coordinating with content creators.
- Account Management:
- Oversee daily operations of all social media accounts, including Linked In, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and others.
- Ensure timely updates and active engagement with followers.
- Engagement & Community Management:
- Interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Foster a positive online community and manage reputation.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Use social media analytics tools to track performance metrics, measure the success of campaigns, and provide detailed reports.
- Make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Trend Monitoring:
- Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools, particularly within the IT sector.
- Adjust strategies to leverage new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- SEO Professional:
- Optimize website content, social media profiles, and digital assets for search engines.
- Track and analyze SEO performance continuously to refine and enhance search engine rankings.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of social media management experience.
- Extensive knowledge in social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
- Creative and strategic thinker with proven social media strategies.
