Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care needs while adhering to established protocols and procedures.
• Provide critical care and maintain decisive judgment in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
• Perform frequent standing, bending, lifting, and patient/equipment handling.

Qualifications:

• Current Florida RN license or compact licensure (must obtain Florida RN license within 90 days if holding a compact license).
• BLS Healthcare Provider Certification required.
• Must have acute care RN experience within the last 3 years (or within 5 years for candidates with extensive RN experience).
• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Strong critical thinking and customer service skills.
