Accounting Supervisor

Daily supervision of accounting operations involving Quickbooks management, AR, AP, Journal Entries, Bank Reconciliation, Month-end tasks and Government Compliance (e.g. BIR, SEC, etc.)
Implementation or support on training programs, effective administration of performance evaluation, mentorship, disciplinary action, and coaching activities for subordinates to improve their knowledge, skills, and total team performance.
Conformance with the established sets of reports and documented deliverables.
Suggestion or implementation of business process initiatives, system improvement which resulted to significant process efficiency and/ or cost savings; participation on tasks beyond responsibility duly ordered by the immediate head.
Requirements:
Strong background on overall accounting processes (journal entries, AR, AP), banking, BIR, and SEC transactions
Adept on preparing financial statement forecasts, budgets, and financial analysis per cost center
Has working experience on conceptualizing and developing accounting procedures, policies, and manuals
Knowledgeable on using spreadsheet and Quickbooks
Has working experience and knowledgeable on taxation procedures
CPA license is a non-negotiable requirement.
Must have at least five (5) years of related work experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- CPA (Preferred)
