• Conduct online sales presentations and business calls with existing MSP partners to secure additional revenue.
• Communicate the value of the IT Management Platform to clients and facilitate trial evaluations for additional solutions.
• Manage sales opportunities through various pipeline stages and achieve set sales goals for partner revenue growth.
• Perform Salesforce data entry, track opportunities, and correlate monthly sales reports.
• Provide internal feedback from prospects and customers to enhance service delivery.

• Experience: 2-3 years in a similar outbound sales role, particularly with closing agreements with North American prospects.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly articulating value propositions and engaging effectively with clients.
• Sales Acumen: Proven ability to navigate sales conversations, manage objections, and demonstrate persistence to secure agreements.
• Positive Attitude: A strong work ethic and a proactive, positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow within the role.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for data entry and opportunity tracking.
