  • Support preparation of the gender inputs for extended annual review reports for project completion and evaluation of implementation success.
  • Support the GAP administration process including updating the existing database on GAP implementation status of private sector projects, in coordination with project team leaders and clients, and provide support for development and roll-out of new bank-wide Gender Equality Monitoring System (GEMS).
  • Support gender and private sector TA processing, implementation and administration, including budget, contract management, and disbursements.
  • Support development of relevant knowledge products, delivery of knowledge events related to gender equality and the private sector, and support development of reports, case studies, briefing papers or other communication products as required.
  • Support work planning, coordination and budget management for CCGE’s private sector gender team.
  • Collaborate effectively across CCGE and with ADB private sector and other department colleagues in carrying out all tasks.
