JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a consultancy background, able to drive the development of multiple new business lines. You will take ownership of key growth initiatives, working across departments and leading efforts in developing new projects within Data Lake Inc. Your responsibilities will include leading large-scale community Wi Fi initiatives, driving global market expansion, and fostering strategic alliances with government and private sector partners.
EXPECTED PROJECTS AND JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Large-Scale Community Wi-Fi Development:

• Lead the design and implementation of large-scale community Wi-Fi grids, ensuring seamless public access to high-speed internet.
• Identify and secure strategic partnerships with local governments, technology providers, and other key stakeholders.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, and execution to ensure successful Wi-Fi infrastructure deployment.

2. Global Market Expansion:

• Develop and execute strategies to expand Data Lake's presence across Southeast Asia and other emerging markets.
• Foster relationships with local businesses, government authorities, and potential partners to facilitate market entry and growth.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, assess competition, and tailor solutions for diverse market needs.

3. Strategic Alliances and Partnerships:

• Identify and cultivate strategic alliances with local governments, the private sector, and industry leaders to enhance Data Lake's market position.
• Negotiate, structure, and manage partnership agreements, ensuring win-win outcomes.
• Lead efforts to secure contracts and joint ventures that align with Data Lake's long term business goals.

4. Leadership and Strategy Development:

• Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations on new business ventures and partnerships.
• Lead cross-functional teams, working closely with sales, marketing, operations, and technology departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
• Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet targets and drive business growth.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in business development, strategy consulting, or a similar role, preferably within the tech or telecom sectors.
• Proven experience in leading large-scale projects, market expansion, and building strategic partnerships.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a track record of closing deals and securing partnerships.
• Experience in the Southeast Asian market or emerging markets is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and drive results in a fast paced environment.
• Willing to work in Pasay City
