Change Management Specialist

As a Change Management Specialist, your role is vital in facilitating effective communication strategies and managing organizational change initiatives within the company. You will be responsible for developing and implementing communication plans, coordinating messaging across various channels, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of change efforts. Additionally, you will play a key role in assessing the impact of changes on employees and providing support to help them navigate transitions smoothly. Your ability to analyze communication needs, craft compelling messages, and foster a culture of openness and transparency will be essential in driving successful change initiatives across the organization.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that the organization is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. You will work closely with the HR team, legal department, ISMS team and other departments within the organization to ensure that all activities and processes are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Role Responsibilities:
- Your primary responsibility will be end-to-end change management - impact analysis, planning, analyzing, designing and implementing the change while ensuring adoption. Scope covers impact to organization, culture and business processes, including training.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to drive smooth adoption of new technologies, or drive mindset and behavior shifts to meet transformation goals and create business value
- Ensure high quality deliverables are produced for the project by exhaustive internal reviews and obtain excellent feedback from the client and global project counterparts
- Conduct internal client interviews to assess requirements and synthesize findings into actionable insights
- Be recognized as a subject matter expert in one or more areas in the HR functional domain.
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to support change initiatives and organizational transitions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective communication strategies.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather feedback, address concerns, and build support for change efforts.
- Create a variety of communication materials, including emails, newsletters, presentations, and FAQs, to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Assess the impact of change on employees and develop targeted communication strategies to address their needs and concerns.
- Organize training sessions, workshops, and town hall meetings to facilitate understanding and adoption of new processes and policies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication efforts, gathering feedback and making adjustments as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between management and employees, promoting a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in communication and change management to drive innovation and excellence in your role.
- Provide solutions to workforce problems related to business processes (transactions like organization restructuring, movements/transfer etc.) and technological developments (ERP, AI, RPA, etc.)
- Analyzing contracts: The specialist should be willing to analyze and become well-versed in contracts. This involves reviewing contractual agreements, identifying potential risks or non-compliance issues, and providing recommendations to ensure contract compliance.
- Responsible for scheduling appointments with legal counsel or external advisors.
- Stay abreast of the latest governmental requirements, regulations, and laws relevant to the organization's operations. This includes monitoring changes in tax regulations, labor laws, industry-specific regulations, and any other applicable requirements.
- Reviewing client contracts: Assisting in the review and analysis of client contracts or contracts related to the organization's business operations. Identifying legal and compliance implications.
- Researching and staying up-to-date on local laws and regulations pertaining to employment practices and ensuring that the organization is compliant.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to legal and government compliance.
- Assist in developing, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures to employees.
- Assist the Information Security Officers and HR Manager with reviewing, updating and documenting changes to existing and new information security policies, procedures and internal standards, to meet and comply with regulatory, industry and cybersecurity requirements
- Assist in presenting and communicating security policies, procedures, standards, best practices, guidance and controls to review committees and other stakeholders.
- Review and update HR policies, procedures, and practices to align with current legal requirements.
- Execute compliance requirements mandated by DOLE (general labor and OSH standards). Generation of monthly and annual reports to be submitted to government agencies.
- Review and draft contracts, agreements and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as law, business administration, or human resources.
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in Change Management
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Project Management
- Experience executing change management efforts on global client projects
- Experience supporting a range of HR Transformation, Digital Strategy, and ERP Transformation projects
- Strong working knowledge in the implementation of some of the following organizational change management elements: change strategy and visioning, communication strategy, change impact assessment, business readiness assessment, stakeholder management and engagement, training design and delivery, change network implementation, and organization alignment
- Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, government and compliance practices.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.’
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Must be able to handle pressure, multi-task and manage time well.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Google Docs and Google Slides, slack, zoom, etc
- Previous experience with HR systems, policy administration, and previous experience/exposure to HR related processes and disciplines such as compensation, succession planning, recruitment, and performance management
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
