JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assists the Legal and Compliance Officer and/or Legal and Compliance Specialist in ensuring all 1CISP policies and procedures are legally sound and compliant with IC, CDA, BIR, DOLE, SSS, HDMF, PHIC, etc.;
• Facilitates and monitors submission of reports for compliance;
• Collaborates with other departments to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution;
• Consults with Legal Counsel as needed to resolve difficult legal compliance issues;
• Prepares Memorandum of Agreement between 1CISP and its coop members for all products and services entered into;
• Monitors, and as necessary, coordinates compliance activities of other departments to remain abreast of the status of all compliance activities and to identify trends;
• Monitors compliance of the company Code of Ethics
• Performs other tasks as required by immediate superior and/or higher Management.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Legal Management, Political Science, BS Paralegal, Cooperatives, with experience in court-related transactions
• At least one year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• With experience working with judicial courts is an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Can work under pressure with minimal supervision
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment handling multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency
• Highly ethical, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Meticulous, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality work
• Able to manage a large amount of paperwork, multitask and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City (ONSITE WORK ARRANGEMENT)

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
