Duties and Responsibilities:
· Organize and update financial records as needed (digital and physical)
· Analyze transactions and prepare reports
· Perform regular, detailed audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures and investments
· Forecast revenue and analyze profit margins
· Oversee ledger reconciliation and manage accounts payable/receivable
· Participate in budgeting processes
· Brief managers regularly on the company’s financial status
· Liaise with Tax Accountants to track tax payments and returns
· Monitor bookkeeping activities regularly
· Keep company financial information confidential
· Establish accounting policies and procedures
· Stay informed on industry developments and changes in regulations

• Performs tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:
· Preferably a Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any related course.
· Must be with professional license, Certified Public Accountant.
· With more than 5 years work related experience.
· Excellent in computation, with a keen level of accuracy and high attention to details.
· High integrity and trustworthiness in handling sensitive and confidential information.
· Strong decision-making skills.
· Strong knowledge of accounting regulations especially BIR taxation.
· Working knowledge on Philippine labor laws.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficient in the use of computer, especially Microsoft Office and Google Apps.
· Advance knowledge on Xero, Quick Books or other accounting software.
