1 Interacts with clients to provide support with billing requests, information requests, suggestions, and complaints.

• Provide North America Lubricants marketers practical business solutions through experience, networking and effective problem-solving techniques.
• Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers while executing work in the areas of account set up and maintenance, customer facing order-to-cash digital platforms, purchasing reconciliations, resolving billing disputes, case activity management, and first point of contact for transitioning marketers to the appropriate solution providers.
• Act as a resource to Lubricants Business Consultants responsible for the profit and loss of accounts and will be relied on to provide business process knowledge and partner with the Credit and Tax teams, as needed.

• Bachelor's Degree holder
• Can work with minimal supervision
