About Us:
At Movate, we think great customer service is key to a great experience. We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative with 6 months of BPO experience to join our friendly team. If you love helping people and making things clearer for them, you might be the one we need!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Helping Customers: Talk to customers and turn their “What do I do?” into “Thank you, you’re amazing!” with your great communication skills.
- Solving Problems: Use your BPO experience to help customers with their questions—no magnifying glass needed!
- Being a Team Player: Work with a team that feels like family—sharing laughs, lunch, and tips on the best local spots.
- Giving Feedback: Share your ideas to help us improve our services because we always want to get better!
- Experience: 6 months of BPO experience (you know what to do!)
- Communication Skills: You can explain things simply and maybe even make people smile.
- Calm Under Pressure: You stay cool when things get hectic, like a pro.
- Tech Savvy: If you can use customer systems easily, you’re the right fit for us!

Pay: Php24,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
