- Assist customers and address concerns and inquiries through inbound call services and email support using the English language.
- Ensure accurate and timely responses to customer queries.
- Record and maintain customer interactions in the database.
- Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction and service level targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Adhere to department and company policies and procedures while assisting customers
- Exemplifies commitment and flexibility towards work
- Attendance adherence is very essential.
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
