- Manage and maintain the company's document control system while also being responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting key performance indicators.
- Ensures that documentation and records are accurate, up-to-date, and meet ISO standards.
- Support the management team with data-driven insights to enhance project performance and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in document control and performance monitoring, preferably in the construction industry. Experience with ISO standards and accreditation processes is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of ISO standards, quality management systems, and performance measurement
Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
