Position Overview: As an Electrician specializing in facility maintenance and management within a solar power plant, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems and equipment to ensure uninterrupted and efficient operation of the plant. Your role is crucial in supporting the overall reliability and safety of our energy production processes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical System Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on electrical systems, including generators, controllers, switchboards inverters, transformers, and any associated equipment within the plant’s facility. Overseeing the effective and efficient maintenance of electrical and solar systems, and addressing any related issues. Performing electrical and instrumentation maintenance in accordance with best practices, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in equipment and gadgets in the field promptly to minimize downtime and ensure the continuous operation of the power plant. Serving as the primary point of contact for complex repairs, and collaborating closely with vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Facility Management: Oversee and maintain electrical infrastructure, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Emergency Response: Respond to electrical emergencies and perform corrective actions to restore normal operations of the plant.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections, and prepare reports as needed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other maintenance staff and engineers to support the overall operation and improvement of the facility.
• Compliance: Ensure all electrical work is performed in accordance with local codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory of electrical parts and supplies, and order replacement parts as necessary.
• Improvement and Checks: Improve or modernize the electrical system and its components

Qualifications:

• Education: at least high school graduate or a vocational graduate of relevant field
• Experience: 1 year relevant experience with the role; Registered Master Electrician preferred
• Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting techniques, and maintenance procedures. Familiarity with solar power systems and components is a plus.
• Safety: Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to electrical work and power plant operations.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure.
• Location: Must be willing to relocate and work in Tanauan, Batangas

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Cavite, Cavite: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
