To provide personalized secretarial, documentation, and administrative support to top-tier management and executives in a well-organized and timely manner, while maintaining the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.

The Salary Range:
PHP 25,000 - PHP 35,000

The Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon - Sat | 7am - 4pm

The Responsibilities:
  • Updating contract management software, including new draft contracts.
  • Arranging contracts with suppliers, customers or other external parties.
  • Sourcing, review and revising documentation according to the needs of business operations.
  • Drafting and revising legal agreements as per business requirements.
  • Liaising with external organizations regarding changes to contractual obligations.
  • Ability to drive a car to and from destinations for work purposes.
  • Drafting correspondence, such as emails and letters.
  • Answering phone calls and emails, taking messages, scheduling meetings and appointments, and managing calendars.
  • Performing data entry and file management tasks to ensure accurate and organized records.
  • Transcribing and proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity.
  • Assisting with daily time management and running errands as requested.
  • Planning travel, including flights, visas, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Visiting locations for investment opportunities.
  • Setting up and organizing all medical requirements (doctor, hospital, etc.), such as preparing letters of authorization and billing, and providing assistance with visits to the hospital or doctor appointments.
  • Running personal errands, managing bills, and completing any other tasks assigned by management or supervisors.
The Requirements:
  • Must have 3+ years of experience as an EA or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in written and verbal English communication.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on active listening and effective communication.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience in word processing and email programs.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to multitask, with strong time management and organizational skills.
