Job Overview
The Finance Supervisor is responsible for managing critical financial operations, including invoice and payment processing, tax compliance, reporting, and overseeing the Accounts Receivable team. This role supports the Finance Manager in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with tax regulations, and efficient cash flow management. The Finance Supervisor also provides guidance to the finance team, ensuring timely processing of payments, tax filings, and financial reports, while maintaining a focus on accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Your Responsibilities:

• Invoice and Payment Management: Approve sales invoices, credit notes, and oversee payment receipt.
• Reporting: Prepare daily cash updates, assist in weekly and monthly financial reports, including bank reconciliations and cash flow statements.
• Tax and Compliance: Manage salary tax, VAT, and expanded withholding tax processes, ensuring timely compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Expense and Asset Management: Oversee the preparation and review of expense and asset schedules.
• Team Supervision: Lead and support the Accounts Receivable team, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

What our Client is Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, budgeting, and analysis.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
