Job Description:
- Monitor real-time queues and identify high-risk transactions within the business portfolio.
- Keep an eye on client transactions to spot fraudulent activities like theft, friendly fraud, account takeover, and other related threats.
- Performs transaction verification based on the set transaction parameters used.
- Resolve queued transactions within the service level agreements to reduce potential revenue losses.
- Coordinates with client in gathering of documentary requirements pertaining to transactions resulted from the transaction verification.
- Graduate of any four (4) years course
- With at least 6 months experience as a fraud analyst performing KYC (Know Your Customer) or AML (anti-money laundering)
- Willing to work in Makati
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Overtime pay
