Job Description:

• Monitor real-time queues and identify high-risk transactions within the business portfolio.
• Keep an eye on client transactions to spot fraudulent activities like theft, friendly fraud, account takeover, and other related threats.
• Performs transaction verification based on the set transaction parameters used.
• Resolve queued transactions within the service level agreements to reduce potential revenue losses.
• Coordinates with client in gathering of documentary requirements pertaining to transactions resulted from the transaction verification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four (4) years course
• With at least 6 months experience as a fraud analyst performing KYC (Know Your Customer) or AML (anti-money laundering)
• Willing to work in Makati

• 8 hour shift
