Job Description:

• Support export import sales.
• Approaching customers over the phone, email. Making sales call by phone for new customers and Follow up call / meeting with existing customers.
• Primary goal is to set online meeting with customers
• Creating export schedule and update
• Principal system set up for activating lanes, rate set up, contract filing.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience in Forwarding/Logistics or chemical logistics
• Proven experience in customer service within the shipping or logistics industry. Familiarity with booking processes, documentation, and international shipping regulations.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work on a night shift schedule.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
Schedule:

• Night shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
• Overtime pay
