- Support export import sales.
- Approaching customers over the phone, email. Making sales call by phone for new customers and Follow up call / meeting with existing customers.
- Primary goal is to set online meeting with customers
- Creating export schedule and update
- Principal system set up for activating lanes, rate set up, contract filing.
- Bachelor’s Degree/Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience in Forwarding/Logistics or chemical logistics
- Proven experience in customer service within the shipping or logistics industry. Familiarity with booking processes, documentation, and international shipping regulations.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work on a night shift schedule.
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Night shift
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
