The Inside Sales Associate nurtures and manages leads and facilitates their conversion into sales for commodity products. This role leverages strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and customer relationship management to drive revenue growth and foster client partnerships.

• Proactively nurture leads through various channels, including calls, emails, and texts.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries with relevant and comprehensive information.
• Generate tailored quotations to align with customers' specific needs and preferences.
• Efficiently manage leads and opportunities within the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
• Monitor and maintain the health of CRM accounts and information, optimizing data quality and organization.
• Proactively engage with clients and conduct regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to optimize lead generation strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in inside sales; experience in telemarketing or call center roles is preferred.
• Prior experience in lead nurturing and conversion is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools.
• Exceptional interpersonal relations and communication skills.

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
