The Role: Inside Service Sales Associate

• Prepare and distribute sales leads
• Send e-mail notifications to the internal and/or external customers for 1-phase opportunities.
• Oversee process for service requests making sure they are created and communicated to partner and customer.
• Identify duplicate accounts and opportunities in b FS and work with team to clean data.
• Execute all V2/KAM Inside Service Sales Representatives’ internal administrative requests, these can include, but are not limited to:

Creating quotes for 1-phase units
Building master agreements
Data cleansing
Account/Asset registration/revisions
Entitlement / Asset information report pull
Service/Warranty Certificate
International Credit Claims (ICC)
Direct Account Request
Credit Merchandise Authorization (CMA)
Regional Sales Budget (RSB) requests
Customer invoicing requirements
MVS pricing request
