• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience 10+ years in IT management roles.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
• Hands on experience in the past or present -> Software or Web Development using PHP
• Project Management (Agile , Waterfall) , PMP certification is a plus but not necessary
• Business Analysis role, Scrum master, Product Ownership (PO) role experience
