IT Project Director

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented IT Delivery Director to join our team. This role is critical in executing our technology vision and ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Ability to align project delivery with the overall goals of the organization.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities using best practices of change management.
- Strong understanding of IT project management methodologies and frameworks, such as Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
- Fluent in English.
- Relevant certifications (Pf MP, PMP, PMI-ACP, PSM II, ICP-APM, DASSM) are a plus.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple IT projects and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment of IT projects with business objectives.
- Establish and enforce IT delivery processes, methodologies, and best practices to ensure consistent project delivery.
- Oversee the allocation of resources to ensure projects are adequately staffed and resourced.
- Monitor project performance, identify and manage risks, and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring transparency and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in IT delivery processes and practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per month
