Logistics Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Coordinating Shipments: Managing and coordinating the movement of goods, including arranging transportation and ensuring timely delivery.
2. Processing Shipping Documents: Preparing and processing necessary shipping documents, such as bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, and customs documentation.
3. Tracking Shipments: Monitoring the status of shipments, tracking their progress, and ensuring that they arrive at their destination on time.
4. Collaboration: Working closely with suppliers, carriers, warehouse staff, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and cost-effective logistics operations.
5. Problem-Solving: Addressing and resolving any issues that arise during the transportation and delivery of goods, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies.
6. Administrative Support: Providing administrative assistance to the logistics department, including data entry, record-keeping, filing, and preparing reports.
7. Compliance: Ensuring that all logistics operations comply with relevant regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
8. Process Improvement: Supporting the logistics team in identifying and implementing improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs.
9. Customer Service: Communicating with customers and internal teams to provide updates on shipments and address any concerns or inquiries.
Education: College Graduate preferable business and or IT related course
Experience: At least three (3) years relevant work experience in Logistics

6. Forward and conceptual thinker: Proactive and takes prompt action to accomplish objectives.
7. Must communicate effectively in writing and verbally in the English language
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
