Toyota Mobility Solutions Philippines, Inc. seeks Mobility Services Associate. Deployed for Shuttle Service Operations, you'll source potential clients, conduct presentations and planning, Business Development and more. Your role involves Client and Supplier Relations, addressing inquiries, and promoting the company's services.
Responsibilities:

The Mobility Services Associate is responsible in Designing, Planning, Project Management, Shuttle Service Operations and Deployment, Admin Services, Business Development, Accounts Management, Sales, and Back-end Management.
Managing Accounts thru Weekly Services Creation, Training Support, whitelisting, and monitoring.
Coordinate with suppliers such as: Tech Provider and Partner Operators regularly.
Ensure Customer Relationship Management and Professional salesmanship.
Identification of Kaizen points and Kaizen proposal/s to client or company transportation PIC’s.
Participates in Kaizen related activities.
Prepares reports as requested by the superiors.
Performs other job-related functions that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
Attends seminars and training program related to the job.

Requirements:

Holds a degree in Transportation Management, Operations Management, Marketing Management or any Business-related course.
Must be knowledgeable in using SAP, Proficient in using MS Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook) and Canva.
Possess excellent written and oral English communication skills.
Strong multitasking and coordination skills.
Customer-centric, building relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
Positive interpersonal skills, fostering confidence and trust.
Relevant work experience is an advantage but is not required
Willing to work onsite in Makati City.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
