Operations Analyst

Residential Support
- Maintain and oversee the management of the Plan On system, including the responsibility to input and maintain data for new properties across the APAC region. This role involves updating the property lifecycles by extending leases, processing expirations, and executing terminations as required.
- Analyse operational data from residential properties to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for residential operations.
- Create and present regular reports on operational performance to management.
- Collaborate with property managers and stakeholders to implement process improvements.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes.
- Assist in developing and maintaining operational policies and procedures.
- Support budget planning and forecasting for residential properties.
- Analyse tenant satisfaction data and propose initiatives to enhance resident experience.
- Manage and update master inventory registers for residential properties, including furniture, artwork, and equipment.
- Coordinate move-in/move-out processes and maintain related documentation.
- Support the development and delivery of training materials for residential property staff.

Operations Support
- Manage all security clearance register, to ensure all regular contractors and staff have passed required.
- Update and collate tracking registers, audit logs, action lists etc. to ensure PFMs remain aware of outstanding work items and associated deadlines to ensure completion.
- Maintain org charts both regions North & South.
The Operations Analyst will demonstrate the following competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Facilities / Property Management, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in facilities management or operations analysis, preferably in residential properties
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with statistical and database software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Customer-oriented approach with a focus on enhancing resident experience.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of residential real estate market trends and best practices in property management
- Certifications in property management or real estate analytics
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
