A Glimpse into Your New Role
  • Coordinate with departments to meet campaign needs, manage payroll schedules, and ensure compliance with attendance and leave policies.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and analyze team and agent data for continuous improvement.
  • Manage team trackers, scorecards, and submit required reports to clients and operations.
  • Implement process updates, handle escalations, and ensure adherence to company policies, including issuing sanctions when necessary.
  • Lead team development through leadership training, engagement activities, and performance-driven programs while addressing any management issues.
What You’ll Bring
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Operations Manager in Telco Sales/Service.
  • Strong knowledge of billing, collections, upselling, and outlier management.
  • Proven experience in coaching, team development, and issue resolution.
  • Proficient in MS Office, databases, and working with performance targets.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; willing to work onsite.
