A Glimpse into Your New Role

Coordinate with departments to meet campaign needs, manage payroll schedules, and ensure compliance with attendance and leave policies.
Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and analyze team and agent data for continuous improvement.
Manage team trackers, scorecards, and submit required reports to clients and operations.
Implement process updates, handle escalations, and ensure adherence to company policies, including issuing sanctions when necessary.
Lead team development through leadership training, engagement activities, and performance-driven programs while addressing any management issues.

What You’ll Bring

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Operations Manager in Telco Sales/Service.
Strong knowledge of billing, collections, upselling, and outlier management.
Proven experience in coaching, team development, and issue resolution.
Proficient in MS Office, databases, and working with performance targets.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; willing to work onsite.
