What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Project Controller to support various projects along with the PH Project Services team and to provide assistance on project proposals and delivery.
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Assist the Project Manager and/or Project Team leads with managing all commercial and technical documents for the project.
• Efficiently implement processes and compliance as agreed. Ability to provide system reports.
• Assist in the building of the project documents, project details and schedules from the information provided by the project manager.
• Ensuring data integrity between project management and the design team.
• Monitoring financial aspects of the project.
• Coordinate with Project Director, Project Manager, and different discipline managers within the project and ensure that all accomplishments are up to date.
• Production of status reports.
• Assist in the building of the project details and schedules from the information provided by the project manager.

What you will bring to the team:

• 2-3 years relevant experience.
• Intermediate / Advanced level of skills in MS office, Power Bi and other MS Office applications.
• Has excellent written and spoken English.
• Well-developed communication skills - shares information and knowledge.

Candidates must be a Filipino citizen or have the right to work in the Philippines.
This job offer can be based either in Makati or Quezon City , depending on your home base/location.
