About the Role: We are looking for a driven and energetic Field Sales Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with our valued customers across your assigned territory.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets Prospect and qualify new leads (Commissaries & Restaurants, Specialty Foodservice, Retail, Baking & Pastry, and Emerging Markets), converting them into loyal customers Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and exceptional service Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting the value proposition for each customer segment Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery Gather market intelligence and competitor information to stay ahead of trends Prepare accurate and insightful sales reports to inform business decisions
Qualifications:
✅Tertiary qualifications in Business, Sales/Marketing, or similar
✅Minimum of 1 year sales experience, preferably in the food and beverage industry
✅ Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
✅Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
✅Strong presentation and storytelling skills to effectively communicate product benefits Self-motivated, with a positive and energetic attitude and a drive to succeed
✅Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals
✅Willing to travel 90% of the time; willing to commute around Metro Manila and nearby provinces ✅Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software a plus
