Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing purchase orders
• Receive and process sales orders from customers.
• Prepare purchase orders for suppliers based on sales needs.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Communicate with suppliers to negotiate delivery schedules.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, delivery status, and product availability.
• Assist in resolving any issues related to orders, deliveries, or products.
• Coordinate with logistics providers to arrange the shipment and delivery of goods.
• Ensure all necessary documentation for customs and shipping is prepared and accurate.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, order status, and inventory levels for management review.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors
• Maintain accurate records of sales and purchases
• Support sales team with administrative tasks
• Ensure timely delivery of products

Qualifications:

• Experience with Procurement
• Knowledgeable in procurement flow
• Knowledgeable with warehouse and stock control
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office application, including excel
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
