What you’ll do:
As a Senior Accountant at Madhive, you will play a crucial role in our financial operations, including:

Bank and credit card coding and reconciliation.
Month-end close entries such as:
Accruals
Prepaids
Fixed assets
Lease schedules/Rent Entries
Intercompany transactions
Account reconciliation
Preparation of Month-end financial statements with variance analysis
Assist with ongoing Audit by providing the necessary support
Assist Junior staff with any questions they may have

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field
PH CPA license required; USA CPA license is an advantage
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in accounting
Proven experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
Experience with Net Suite or similar ERP systems is required
Knowledge of US GAAP, including ASC 606 and ASC 842, is a plus
Understanding of US Federal and State tax regulations is a plus
Prior experience in US bookkeeping/accounting
Proficiency with Excel, Word, and G-Suite
Must be proactive, highly organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Demonstrates sound judgment and discretion when dealing with confidential or highly sensitive financial information
Strong attention to detail

Compensation:

100,000 - 120,000 per month, based on experience.

Work Setup:

Hybrid arrangement: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote
Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, with the potential to shift to traditional Philippine working hours.
