Senior Data Engineer (Hybrid work Setup)

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to support data integration, transformation, and loading from various sources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into efficient data models and structures.
- Implement best practices for data governance, data quality, and data security to ensure compliance and integrity of the data infrastructure.
- Optimize and tune database systems and queries for performance and scalability.
- Lead and mentor junior data engineers, providing guidance and expertise in data engineering best practices.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in data engineering with a focus on data modeling.
- Expertise in designing and implementing data models for relational and non-relational databases.
- Proficiency in SQL, and experience with database technologies such as SQL Server, Postgre SQL, or No SQL databases.
- Strong understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing, and data integration techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
