Senior Manager Information Security

As the Senior Manager of Information Security, you will oversee and manage the organisation's information security program. You will lead a team of security professionals and work closely with other departments to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data. This role requires a deep understanding of information security principles, risk management, and compliance requirements.
Outline of Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Be a champion for Information Security both internally and externally.
Keep up to date with the latest in information security.
Assess current technology architecture for vulnerabilities and weaknesses and for possible upgrades or improvements.
Provide information security awareness training to organisation personnel.
Evaluate the business unit budget and costs associated with technological training.
Understand the security needs of internal and external stakeholders, regulators, and auditors.
Support the development and execution of an overall IT Security Plan.
Enforce infrastructure security, including Microsoft, Linux/Unix, Workstations, and POS terminals.
Implement and oversee technological upgrades, improvements and significant changes to the information security environment.
Develop standardised documentation to create a record of breaches.
Create a business continuity plan for a data breach or cyber-attack.
Coordinating regular penetration tests, vulnerability scans, etc.
Identify weaknesses in network protections and remediate them.
Analyze traffic flows, system logs, Perform risk assessments and testing
Develop a long-term cybersecurity roadmap.
Contribute to creating a culture of risk and control centered on proactive awareness of and enhancement of the control environments.
Mentor the IT Security team members and implement professional development plans for all team members.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php90,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
